During covid time no one loss his job and company released the salary every month. Everyone working in this company according to his department function. Management never let you down and never forced about anything. Company policies are very good and effective.

One thing I don't like that approval system is very leangthy.

About the working style and support of higher management not supervisor or reporting manager as Supervisor and reporting manager have some ego issues not all are same but few peoples are matching.

With growin business , employee friendly policies should also be developed which is missing. Example Earn Leave is capped at a max of 90 days. (15 days / year)
