Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are very good.

Noting like in this company It is Management oriented organization so when manager fells insecurity then they kich out lower label employees

All are dislike as because in Zone-6 the Zonal namager and his GCI manager do whatever they want. They just loot the company wealth in name of Kick off. They are the kick off guy of JCB so they fell this company space last one because after Gainwell no other company will take them because of their integrity issues.

There is only issue of pariwarwad.means for example a construction department gm officer is always disliked to any body in stead of benifit of their relatives & same castism. Egoism. Performance rating is not justified on tallent of suitable candidate. Hr people are kathputli. There is no ethics

Company has a good growth in mining industry. Vision of higher management is clear & growth friendly.

Dislikes

Site level management is worst. No personal & family time is given. They expect to work for 24*7, hardly any relaxation. They hire as a engineer, but make you works like a unskilled labour. Older model machinery, having no to zero new inventions, manpower shortage. Senior officials at site has a spoon culture. No mental peace. Worst to work in particular sites.
