Saturday leave policy

Dislikes

Gain skills media severely underpays employees with salary below industry standards and almost no chance to raise. Promised incentive are either delayed or never given and there is no transparency in the pay structure. Overtime excepted without any compensation making the already poor pay even worse if you looking for fair compensation or incentives this is not the place. Thank you

Not giving salary on time, no appraisal with out employees is asking or resigned the job then will give the appraisal.
