Shift work , have to serve one year traine then probation n then if they want yiu becm permanent if they want. Also you hve to wait after your duty of 8 hr is over .for 2 hrsOther people non Ratnagiri people they will take directly on probation. Not good

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive anda the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good.

...akes.workers get very badly behaved and have to listen very bad/low level words.to avoid the competition the salary increase and promotions of employees are stopped by officers. cast discrimination is also there. overall very bad treatment for new employees. its horrible.
