Developed my carrier in GAC, Learned Lot in Work and work Culture. Learned Paperless Office, maintaining the same in my present work i.e. india. Keeping the Customer Update in Xls sheeet, which i have learned and developed by previous manager, maintaining the same way. This keep my work easier and faster and smooth way to handle customers and suppliers happy.

GAC is very much supportive and value the employees contribution and suggestions. Flexible working atmosphere and supportive superiors. i have been working from home (in India) from March-2020 till date.

GAC has grown at a surprising fast pace since 2002 and enjoys one of the best Air Freight rates in India which makes selling easier. Present in all major Cities in India which gives us access to many markets and Customers.

Dislikes

The Company has an very aggressive Sales policy and many a times payments are delayed which at times makes me think that we are Financially vunerable but that has never been the case so far. Career growth could be more well defined.
