No likes about the company. It is full with dislikes. So basically G A Capital Management is basically a Private Limited Company where the HR will show you a great picture about the company but whenever you get into the company learnings will be 0, salary does not come from the first month if the employee is unable to provide business upto 5times of their CTC. Whenever the salary does not come nobody will be there who will inform you when the salary will be credited. There is a total mismanagement in the company. Even there is a problem with their Provident Fund. They will inform you during the interview that the mediclaim card will come in time but after 2months also they will not provide you with any mediclaim card. No laptops and nothing will be provided to you and for trainings also you will not get any support from the L&D team also. So please think innumerable times before joining this company.

Only my reporting manager was good, and because of him only I stayed in the company a little long

...unt to the PF account since joining. They are just manipulating their employees. Delays in salary, PF, product delivery and everything. Incentives are pending from last 1 year and still they have no answer when they are going to credit it. It was a huge mistake to join this company. These people themselves don't know anything about business. Don't join this company. You are going to waste your time here

This is a pathetic company to work in. Never pays salary on time. No products, no planning, no work culture. Sacks employee without intimation and salary.

1. If you like buttering, you can survive 2. If you point out the drawbacks of National Head, your are treated as an enemy, in person 3. No professional approach towards any thing, every thing is a trial and error basis 4. Wrong commitments towards their own clients who are the root cause for their business, 5. Basics is not right from the beginning 6. No process is followed in any of the departments( so called) 7. No official communication over email, every thing is communicated orally and at times over whatsApp 8. Every now and then the rules will change accordingly without any communication 9. No professional approach towards any thing, most of the case's are either done on personal interest 10. Too much of internal politics,
