Incompetent middle level. Low compensation rate. Excessive work pressure. No reward system. Low job security. Faulty evaluation system.

The salary timing is good . They will not hold or deduct your salary.

The work life balance is very bad, everyone join & due to high work pressure they ran away within amonth . No policies were followed or parameters maintained, just some employee suck the boot of the boss to get promoted or stay in this company forever without doing anything. No training at all you have to know everything by your own, if you wanna ask someone to get help they didn't borthered about it .

...onment and cultural teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

company financial problems covid 19 .so management requested me found problem please advance one month salary give. please resign one month notice period.

Compensation is decent.the work pressure is very very high. I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day. Manager and supervisor more politics. More work doing people not give any sepical allowence.mangement not good more have ....
