Branch staffs are not behaving properly with guarding staffs, I have also faced this on December 2022 regarding my arrear amount, which was not credited to my account but the HR personnel and G4S support person told me forcefully, that amount is already created to you. Sometimes I'm not getting the leave approval even having the CL and PL balance .

Boring No work progression No proper personal safety strategies Poor money Job description doesn’t match the job Management are less then average not the massive infrastructure it has on the web and no work progression at all

...er growth is little bit low and Tension free work...Company policies are good...appraisals are good and they give yearly bonus.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling

it feels great to have a job in it. Equipped with facilities like bonus, salary on summer. Availability of uniform etc.

More responsibility in less salary. Not being able to participate in family and social work. Doing duty in different conditions.
