At present days there is nothing left to be liked other than it's MNC flavour.

Dislikes

Incompetent middle level. Low compensation rate. Excessive work pressure. No reward system. Low job security. Faulty evaluation system.

The salary timing is good . They will not hold or deduct your salary.

Dislikes

The work life balance is very bad, everyone join & due to high work pressure they ran away within amonth . No policies were followed or parameters maintained, just some employee suck the boot of the boss to get promoted or stay in this company forever without doing anything. No training at all you have to know everything by your own, if you wanna ask someone to get help they didn't borthered about it .

...igher brackets. They recognise very fast in good work and degrade also same way. During covid it did all what it said won't do , like pay cut , sack from post, salary unpaid if clients don't pay. The current management panics too soon. And save the own chairs. It's a situation where they are not practicing what they preach. Like if they pressurized client on no reduce in number and billing for security then same should be implemented in them too. Manage case to case based and act accordingly as it's a survival situation. Overall management did not handle properly in covid 19 situation. I was the best performing Branch Manager three months back ,today I am out of league as was told performance not upto mark. The Company is excellent and had dreams to move ahead. But due to covid situation and unnecessary turmoil thing's turned bad. I would still prefer some changes and love to be a part of it . It's just mis management.

The management is not given free hand to branch manager except for tremendous pressure and target. Every small things need approval be it for a penny also. Lack of support and only words of encouragement. Internal infrastructure and support is weak. For example laptop given to work and all computers are from ice age. Internal favouritism is handled in management this effecting badly for business and performance. A strong fort is required to console business, but not cost cutting when you creating an image. The brand is already established just have to create strategy.

Sunday we dont need to work. Salary gets credited online. Every couple of months we meet new staff colleagues bcoz old ones leave.
