Branch staffs are not behaving properly with guarding staffs, I have also faced this on December 2022 regarding my arrear amount, which was not credited to my account but the HR personnel and G4S support person told me forcefully, that amount is already created to you. Sometimes I'm not getting the leave approval even having the CL and PL balance .

No job security. Its a chaiwala type company where management sudden come and said KAL SE NAHI AANA. YOUR JOB IS OVER. ISS TARAH SE COMPANY NE APNE BAHUT SAARE SENIOR MANAGEMENT STAFF KO NIKAL DIYA HAI.
