At present days there is nothing left to be liked other than it's MNC flavour.

Incompetent middle level. Low compensation rate. Excessive work pressure. No reward system. Low job security. Faulty evaluation system.

No support is been provided. Infact people are been forced to resign & someone deny of resigning top management asked them to leave on the basis of there so called performance which was marked in one of the top employees list one month back. Disgusting top management level people . Very poor infact zero HR system , they only do what they are been ordered by the top management people. If one employee wants to complaint about a senior official , that will be taken and the employee will be fired from the job by that senior official only.

...s pay as compared to the work been performed , Personal remarks been passed, Also employee is been judged by the salary they get not on the basis of work been performed by the individual Overall ... not a good company to work with , specially ITS department.

Sunday we dont need to work. Salary gets credited online. Every couple of months we meet new staff colleagues bcoz old ones leave.

...no recognition and no support. Unrealistic expectations and threatning language. Salary issues and conveyance not paid on time.
