Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Nothing to like. People and colleagues warent supportive and bullying constantly. This is a very bad place to work. Boss and her sidekick are biased. HRs arent qualified enough to maintain workforce.

Dislikes

They didnt pay me well. Constantly harrassed. Held my last 3months salary. Fired me without notice. Bad work culture. Dont join here. Fraud company

Nothing at all. One or two seniors you may find helpful, other than that the experience you gain from client interaction is useful which you can get at any other company

... monthly sales target • Work environment is toxic & hard to sustain and survive. • Does not pay salary unless you beg for it. Does not pay dues after notice period & hr blocks your number • Hr's are irrationally rude, unprofessional and liars, makes fake promises and denies them later. • They have ridiculously low employee retention rate, employees usually leave after few months in this company.

Freshers can join here, if they don't have any money problem. Freshers can learn here, seniors are supportive.

Dislikes

Management is very poor. Don't give salary on time. Give salary after every month 12th, sometimes it is 16th, 18th. After serving notice period, they don't pay due salary. Don't trust any HR commitment

Employees are good but the management is worst ever. They will lay off without giving you a proper reason.

Dislikes

You will not get your salary timely despite of working. I have worked there for more than 1.5yrs and suddenly they laid me off without paying me the last month salary
