... monthly sales target • Work environment is toxic & hard to sustain and survive. • Does not pay salary unless you beg for it. Does not pay dues after notice period & hr blocks your number • Hr's are irrationally rude, unprofessional and liars, makes fake promises and denies them later. • They have ridiculously low employee retention rate, employees usually leave after few months in this company.

gtech web solution is the worst company i had ever seen they don't have any working culture they don't give salary on time. even the senior management really rude and don't have sense. specially the HR here is sense less initially she again and again approaching me to work but at the time of salary she even not picked my call. even for salary i have send then a demand notice through but they don't response. i have called directly to the owner sanjeeb chakraborty but he cut my call. such a fraud organisation.

...king here since last 3 years and I have enjoyed working here from the first day. From the starting perfect salary timing, satisfying appraisal, and a good relationship they always maintain. I am happy to say that I have a great colleagues, seniors and truly respectfully HR team. The really make a great culture at our office.

Freshers can join here, if they don't have any money problem. Freshers can learn here, seniors are supportive.

Management is very poor. Don't give salary on time. Give salary after every month 12th, sometimes it is 16th, 18th. After serving notice period, they don't pay due salary. Don't trust any HR commitment

Employees are good but the management is worst ever. They will lay off without giving you a proper reason.

You will not get your salary timely despite of working. I have worked there for more than 1.5yrs and suddenly they laid me off without paying me the last month salary
