Nice Lab facilities and innovative work. But, ethical Paper work is lowest.

Unwanted politics based on religion, area and caste. Worst management. Most of employ including owner have fake education. Hiding paper work. Dual faced proud owner. Low Salary increment for third scale workers.

Management is not good .this company is one man army .the vp of the company has multi tas.their is no separate hr ,accounts or sales department .if you are facing any problem in rhe market then ,no one will there to rectify those problem.Growth will be provided to those who can adulate his vp and lay in his feet .no matter how is your performance in the market. According to the vp his is the only Supreme power.
