- Unhealthy Work Environment & Poor Management. - Experienced a lack of leadership and professionalism from all department managers. This created a hostile and demotivating environment. - The pervasive negativity and office politics hindered productivity and collaboration. It was challenging to focus on work due to the constant conflicts and favoritism. - observed a culture of favoritism where advancement seemed based, on personal relationships rather than merit Or performance. - Unfortunately, my experience at GSS Pharma was marred by toxic and political work environment. Favoritism seemed to be prevalent, hindering professional growth and creating a demotivating atmosphere. All department managers contributed to this negativity through their unprofessional behavior and a lack of clear leadership they themselves busy in buttering & spooning. I believe GSS Pharma has potential, but needs to address these issues to create a more positive and productive workplace fir it's employees. - Management is weak and ineffective, leading to poor decision- making and a demotivating work atmosphere. -No real growth opportunities for hardworking employees, as recognition is based on personal connections rather than merit and person who is great in buttering & spooning like all Managers. - Lack of Professionalism - only those who engage in flattery and office politics seems to progress. - The company has a highly political and toxic work culture. - Lastly, A small and once - promising company is being ruined due to toxic leadership and unprofessional behavior across departments.

Easy to get a job due to high attrition.

Toxic work environment with unprofessional management. No food and cab facilities provided. Strict timings with only 30 mins lunch time. 2 years employee bond Mandatory working on Saturday
