G-Rank has a vibrant community who are dedicated to work and celebrate on the same level. The management is empathetic enough to understand your needs when required. We will be having team building/fun activities on the end of each month which was a pleasant surprise, helping us to improve our bonds. I worked on a diverse tasks from simple web pages to somewhat complicated applications that gave me lot of insights on integrations. On top of this I had the flexibility/time to research on new development environments possibly helping me now or in the future. As someone who is looking forward to get started in development so far the journey is progressive.

Dislikes

At the end of the day I look for balance in all aspects, so the holidays are less when compared and the packages are not satisfying enough to look for a long future.

G-Rank is the company were I have started my career as a intern as with in 2 years I have leant lot of things in this organization. Even the work life balance and time to time appraisals. Every thing is good. Coordination between the employees and the management was major asset which will not lead any miscommunication.

Dislikes

Not exactly the dislike but working on last Saturday will be hard.
