...will be cancelled 1 day prior to holiday date. 4. Salaries are always late. 5. Yearly bonus is guaranteed before joining but when bonus time comes it is delayed 3 to 4 months every year and most of the times not at all given or 25 to 50% on released. Rest you have to forget. 6. Firing employees with immediate effect without compensations and at times salaries are also confiscated. 7. Verbally misbehaving employees (literally local bad words) who do not have strong background to fight back. 8. Hitting and slapping employees. (Mostly with weak and poor employees whose financial situation is hand to mouth). 9. Their grandfather was a gem of a person on whose name this brand is making money but current new generation management thinks they are kings and can treat employees however they want. 10. No employee stays here for more than 3 to 4 months. Overall if you are earning for example 40000 in your previous organisation and if this organisation offers you 50 or 60 or even 100000 do not come. After 2 to 3 months you will be suddenly on roads without a job.

Excellent job with so many benefits and security and their sweets are awesome with hygiene and good quality and taste maintening from soo many years this not small matter to maintain like this from years it's not possible for everyone they are best
