Salary -- Accepted Offer

I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Seniors behaviour is very bad specially writing about the owner.his behaviour towards staff is very bad, no salary hike,partial about employees there is no time for seniors. No work culture, there is no training for new staff, I will never recommend anyone here.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
