Terrible place to work. Co-workers aren’t any supportive or helpful.

Dislikes

...s they don’t provide any good facilities. Not hygiene at all. Dirty toilets. Doesn’t pay much. No growth. Personally G.S. Arora is a good person to work with.

Firm is open to adopt latest technology.I got lot of opportunities to learn new things because our firms has vast variety of work.I often get interesting things to learn as well.I have learnt many crucial things regarding my job profile.I got very good and supportive teammates, we are all like family.

Dislikes

Firm has un-sound working environment with limited growth.Proper work and responsibility is not defined in the firm, therefore work pressure is high.Sometimes, i need to work 12-16 hours a day.In spite of this, here is neither compensation nor appreciation reward for overtime work. There is no life Security like MNC's and Big Corporates .There is no on job training for freshers, hence senior person like me have to guide them step-by-step.Sometimes, this is very painful for me..
