Dislikes

Work culture is very bas, abusing language is used to get work done. Salary deduction rules are very disgusting even gazette holidays are deducted. Security money is also deducted from salary. Working shift 11 hours but salary is not according to work. Management is not supportive, employee harrasment and salary deduction are the major problems besides others.

The general manager's behavior is also not good. She talks rudely to people Very bad product & Quality Salary is never given on time. My salary is still pending, it has not been paid. All of them were doing fraud.

Worst company ever , onwer of company can do anything for a small profit only, human rights voiletion at extreme level they don't provide even evrage washroom for staff, and workers' have don't any right for anything

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
