my management is family business for last 20 years in Dar es salaam.In this company about 300 workers and two EXPATRIATES including me.In 2017 this management enter in Edible oil business.We are all happy with management and their treatment with workers and Expatriates.The management paying salaries in time.My directors discussing with me about the production plannings and marketing strategies and feed back of the customers opinions and also taking advises from me for improvement of our products for fulfill of customers requests.The present TANZNIA government increasing the importing duties of all Raw materials.This will affect the process cost.The other competitors are reducing manpower but my management so far not reducing manpower.if any seminars conducted by Government or NGOs in TANZANIA my management sending me to attend that seminars and allowed me to fulfill the TBS and TFDA procedures of our final products My management giving me Family status with furnished accomdation.
