- Good exposure to work on different areas of the product - You get to take ownership of a certain area of the product - You can learn a lot from the CTO as well as your peers

- Those who don't like to work at startup pace, may face poor work life balance experience

You get a lot of freedom and encouragement from management to take up initiatives that would add value to you as well as the company. A lot to learn from each and every person in the company. Management really cares about you. For instance, during the pandemic crisis they made sure employees had a comfortable transition by paying for any office equipment needed to setup a home office. Just one example

Dislikes

Not much really. I didn't know what my dream job was until I joined Fyle :)
