Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I registered through some review I saw on Facebook, I made a deposit of 1000 and it took 2 days to reflect in my account, after getting the money in my portfolio I started trading, made profit and when I want to withdraw they won't allow me, the customer service won't respond, I wanted all my money back, I think people should stay away from this here, rather you should go with benarmstrong-trades. com . I started trading there after my loses and in a week I made close to $10000 with a deposit of just $1000, after my withdrawal was successful I decided to continue here and I've never had issues that I had previously
