No salary hike and apprisal for an individual good performance in projects...now all projects are made full time but payment is less for a full-time callers...it is not part time job anymore...hav to clear lot of tests to select for an new project...

Futwork me hume weekly salary milti thi ye bahut acha process tha.

Dislikes

Futwork me kisi bhi reason ko apko kabhi bhi nikal diya jata hai or phir apko koi or job nhi diya jata hai. Futwork me apki koi bhi Projects me job permanently nhi hoti hai. Futwork me se apko kabhi bhi nikal dete hai bina koi reason diye.

Futwork provide work from home opportunity and this is a good reason for me to work there .

The salary is very low and whatever project you have been assigned in there will be very low data on that project and they won't let you leave the project. It's says 10 am to 7 am job but we have to wait till 9 pm because of poor data

Overall it's a wonderful app and the best one it's weekly payout but I'll be much happy If the payout increases a little more.I can understand that you just changed minute based scenario to full time job but why we don't get pay on any holiday. Like a standard companies You need to make some changes considering the employee as well. Thank you

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!
