Futwork me kisi bhi reason ko apko kabhi bhi nikal diya jata hai or phir apko koi or job nhi diya jata hai. Futwork me apki koi bhi Projects me job permanently nhi hoti hai. Futwork me se apko kabhi bhi nikal dete hai bina koi reason diye.

I was mentally harassed by a TL named rahila, i worked for Bharatpe project in futwork company, work atmosphere was toxic.. i resigned due to this behaviour and no action was taken against the TL by futwork company for the harrassing i faced.

Dislikes

Toxic atmosphere, less salary, mentally harrassed by TL named above, no action taken against harrasment faced by the employee of futwork.

Likes

It's easy to crack interview and land a job. But the payment is way much lower than average pay for such roles. The work culture is average, some colleagues are good and some are way too bad. It's good to gain experience as fresher and later switch to well paying company

Dislikes

The payment is less. Work culture isn't that good. Increment is way too poor. Work load too much for the pay offered

They deduct whole day salary, if the time period circle is not complete,even if uh not able to complete 1 min working hours, ur whole day salary deducted. TIME PERIOD CIRCLE- it's a circle where ur whole working hour's mention, basically it's 5 hr period circle which is u hve to complete through calling, but issue is take a 6 to 7 hrs to complete of 5 hr circle.
