...re followed and every team lead tells you different methods to do the same work. Worst company to work at, won't even work with them if they pay me 10 lakhs per day, would prefer working for a gangster than working for them.

Your career would go down the graph if you join. No salary increment and salary paid to you can be different from the offer letter at times. Manager is not flexible at all and won't listen to any of your requests or concerns after joining. He will even stop replying to you once you resign.

Dislikes

Manager is not flexible and friendly at all. Dont expect any help from the manager for your leaves and any other salary increment once after joining. Also, they ask for the relieving letter from your previous organisation on the same day you join, whereas all the other companies give you 60 days time to submit it. They will delay your joining by this or may revoke the offer which is really frustating.

It's a lie if they told you that would be working in analytics/NLP. Only industrial tool you will be working on is excel and that too not even formulas, just seeing some value ( literally A value) and pasting it somewhere else. So no skill development or skill upgrade (not even excel). Alot of office politics and favouristm and the CEO and his team don't care ,don't even try to hide it. Regarding leaves,they will just behave as if you never informed them about leaves (even if you did inform "months" before)They will make you work even if you are not well like dengue/malaria (multiple cases in office) Still have PTSD from this job because of fake JD and the toxic work environment and leaving is also not easy with "90 day notice". You will be lying alot in your next interview as this job is a gap in your cv.

Not hard to get this job! No tech skills needed.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Terrible leave policy (1.5 leave/month). Just 2 days of WFH in a month. Have no good project and no growth if u want to learn. The work is not at all related to Data analysis. And the location is at hebbal.
