It was my first company and I have worked for almost 7 months. Pros - Not a single point to mention.

... a requirement then they the existing employees to manage and work over time. 2. Salary is too low. 3. No individual growth. After 3 to 4 months, you'll realise that there is nothing new to learn anymore. 4. About curriculum - Every school, every class, every section all are doing the same. As a teacher you'll get fed up teaching the same concept in each and every section, class, and school. 5. No pf, no experience certificate, no awards, no recognition, etc. 6. Company head members don't know anything. They don't have any knowledge. They want everything readymade in their platter. 7. Work culture is too bad. Seniors will not work rather than seniors ask juniors to work on his/her behalf. 8. Working days - mon to sat. They don't have any work to do on sat though they ask you to come on sat. Too much toxic environment. My 7 months got wasted. A big ❌ to this company.
