Well at futurisk it was an excellent work culture wherein the Directors of the company would actually sit and discuss day to day issues and help you iron them out at a very grass root level. There was nothing called job security there it was a word which never existed in our dictionaries morning you have a job and probably by evening you would wonder if you'd have a job tomorrow. Work innovation was very high upto a point where everything got patented by an individual. WInning accounts was a way of life we remember roughing it out till 1AM as well at the office.There was nothing called politics when we started but then some God sent people. Overall a great place to learn, experiment as the directors where highly competitive people with a very clear vision.

There were no dislikes basically but yah just a tingling hope that things could have been better.
