Never think human and resources but majdoor!! Work late working hours and non working days on name of dedication. There culture is to sit more and show how much u can work nothing like work life balance. Too much bosy and nosy Management like they would even force to tell ur personal life. Full of drinkers. They kick out people once work is done. Purposely force employees to go on these platform and write good. Don't believe if they get certificate it's just there target to get of so called working place. Environment is all about who is the Raja beta of CEO, and that only happens not Hr would help.you bcz she also in that team not at all neutral person.
