... . Thier business model is good .But they dont know how to implement that model. This company is pay role based company .Which hire employees and train them on the name of big data.But they dont teach big data technologies and they will teach you python sql and Data stage for 1 month and start to deploy the employees. They didnt complete the training process. Dont have proper communication between their clients .

Learning is good, they teach very well with high experienced trainers

Will layoff like anything. They don't give salary until you are placed in a company, if they are not able to get companies they layoff very easily. In my time, they laidoff more than 200 members.

1. Mentors here are always supportive and always ready to solve your problems 2. The business model is really great where you get a salary, free accommodation and food all while you learn 3. The best part is after training you will get to work in your dream company

...ecause we don't have clients . Don't join that company at all it's bad and fake. No salary at all

I like nothing about the company and I will recommend no one to work here. Do not fall in their trap. They will call you to work and appear for weekly tests even on Saturdays. All shining items are not gold and they literally are not even people. Threat to associate and mankind. Including people like Chandrakala Nanjappa, Karthik Joseph, Akash Gupta and even the CEO Raghav Gupta.

...ill keep 3rd round. Will continuously postpone the interviews even after hiring. Will cut your share in the salary as maximum as possible more than any company does in India or in foreign. Do not fall in their trap. They will give you very less salary. In my case, I got 11 LPA, some got 7 LPA, some got 9.5 LPA and some got 12 LPA and almost all were forced to leave the company after 3 months with threats like they will fire us.
