...is was the first company in my history there was two different employee policy . At the time of joining they said your salary will increased but after six month working they said you have two work at least one year in this company also i seen so may parties organize for store manger in Noida Corporate in the front of backend employee but they never invite for joining the same party. This was the first company in which i have not seen holiday calendar. Company should think about employee for better company growth and future.

Almost everything is dislike in this company.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the Management doesn't our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Pathetic work environment and culture there is no security of money and during covid they only giving salary of 20 days and also do not have fixed date to give there salary even though i am also waiting for my salary from last 2 months. No hike no bonus and forcing for sale membership cards and pressures alot

There is a lot of politics and the management dosn’t address our issues. Totally dislike the work experience and everything related to this company

...gement is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies and good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
