It is dependent on the political parties success at the elections and other new global High Networth money launders. The more money laundering they do in Middle East, they secure better contracts. - Workplace in India is a mere dummy as per the global office. No independence, innovation, all the time the Indian staff has to be ready as a punch bag. - Non-working unethical laggards will be carefully and keenly selected as Directors, CIOs and as a CFO. - If you have too much Ego, Strength and blind will, then this is the place to work.

Company culture is undoubtedly excellent. Many kind activities also organised weekly once. Relationship between each employee is very friendly. Very comfortable to keep balance in your job and personal life.

There is no salary hike last two years for each employee. Promotion also very rare to see.

The chennai center head and IT head is not more technical persons. The IT head khileshwar is no more technical knowledge but the action is excellent i am advise please act in Hollywood mr.Khilesh sure you will get oscar award
