Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

what you expect in a country like Saudi i left the company with 9 months pending salary even in labor court they said why you wanna go back to India i said they didn't pay last 9 months then their reply was like this No problem work for the company he will pay when he have the money they think other than the Saudis everyone else is Slave what to do nothing we can do once you enter there you cannot go back to your country even you have the passport its without lock jail simply Indian Embassy is the worst embassy over there, if you are going to Saudi Make sure you joined in a International company or European Company
