Its a good company to learn things. Work experience provides you better knowledge. Other than that you won't get anything related to career growth or better pay. This is one of the company that pay the very basic.

I have spent there around 2 years. Learn allot. Overall experience was good.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-15 hours straight in a day and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

More involvement of family member and doesn't have knowledge of operation management as per products.. Not following any policies, Human resource department working as per family members instruction..
