Not paid last 3 months Salary and after take follow up HR team they always confirm it will be done within 1-2 days. This is very sad and all employees are taking strongly follow for salary but nobody take seriously.

Very bad experience as they are not paid salary even regular working in Office.

Its a good company to learn things. Work experience provides you better knowledge. Other than that you won't get anything related to career growth or better pay. This is one of the company that pay the very basic.

I have spent there around 2 years. Learn allot. Overall experience was good.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-15 hours straight in a day and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

...ne has to stand up to learn by themselves rather than expecting a Spoonfeeding..Job Security is there but career growth is slow with the salary..Work environment is the most amazing thing about the company as all will treat u like a family..

There is no time limit for work..And might have to work at a stretch for 10 to 20 days during an event..

Future group was a one if leading retail company during my tenure with them. Currently culture might have change as leadership team also changed . We got a superb work atmosphere with mentoring bosses around
