Nothing only salary package is good

Dislikes

Zero overall. Top management is good for nothing. From the time of interview, they will keep asking you for policy. If you cannot give any policy then they will say your salary will be on hold and You will recieve Termination letter. Think before you join, if you have good relationship and can built good agency then go otherwise think twice. No holiday for you even in Sunday too.

...ever seen. Not getting support from manager an regional head when i needed most. Every month salary goes on hold without any information. Do think twice before working in this organisation.

There is lot of policies and the management doest address our issues. Salary is decent but sudden deductions in salary will happen with any information. Career growth have to wait for years.

...onvince their customer to make paid up their running policy and take new policy. They show their customer that at current plan your getting nothing and they mis guide to customer to don't pay premium on current policy and stop paying premium and start new policy. And while piching the plan they don't be transperant with the customer they make false commitment to the customer and tell them that he will get 400% profit which is not possible with any insurance company so pls don't join.

Compensation is decent but the growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 12 -14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening .
