Throughout my tenure, I encountered significant challenges in communication and collaboration. My manager often demonstrated a lack of respect and support, which severely impacted team morale and productivity. Constructive feedback and efforts to address these issues were met with dismissiveness and, at times, overt hostility.

I like to work in this company culture i am enjoying my work here I have taken 2 promotion in 2 years , also learn some new things here so overall my experience is good here

In our channel there is no appraisal, we need take promotion for salary hike i am not talking about myself but behalf of my colleagues who short for the promotion .

Zero overall. Top management is good for nothing. From the time of interview, they will keep asking you for policy. If you cannot give any policy then they will say your salary will be on hold and You will recieve Termination letter. Think before you join, if you have good relationship and can built good agency then go otherwise think twice. No holiday for you even in Sunday too.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
