I like to work in this company culture i am enjoying my work here I have taken 2 promotion in 2 years , also learn some new things here so overall my experience is good here

In our channel there is no appraisal, we need take promotion for salary hike i am not talking about myself but behalf of my colleagues who short for the promotion .

It's excellent experience in future generali life insurance company. All team members and senior is supportive.company policies are good.

Dislikes

...that why user not complete the process quickly. 2.not sort out issue quickly. 3. Salary growth is very slow.

Terrible training, no support from branch, too hard to sustain for the people who are new to insurance industry. They give training as their wish. i got my induction training after 3 months which has to be given on the 1st week of joining. they give some brochures & pdf documents to us and we need to pick up ourselves. the trainings will be given as per their convenience and wish.

The company is readily adopting latest technology .I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base. I also like the re hirepolicy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but the growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 12 -14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening .

Training is all over good but career growth is very slow and terrible,salary and appraisal also not their enough, politics is high upto sky limit,no innovation,work-life balance is average,teammates are good but supervisor are looking for all their own profit.

Dislikes

Biggest demerit of future generali is they all are in following traditional work style all are unskilled and politics is up to high level Management. job security is not their and pressure is always high on every front line sales people.
