Pay structure is very poor, they pay in cash which is one of the worst thing no pf deduction, no appointment letter, no offer letter, it is a so called cbse school no proper infrastructure, students quality are very poor including teachers quality, no proper cbse training from cbse boards , money minded Management. There is no growth. Toxic work culture & oiling is preferable. They don't value good teachers or experienced teachers. School is not upto the mark

Toxic work culture, no appreciation, poor quality students, bad management, less salary.

I used to teach mainly English from class three onwards , though I was not provided a joining letter which I disliked.

Dislikes

I dislike the attitude of making an employee work without a joining letter, so when I was paid the same salary as other teachers then what problem in providing a piece of paper that is , joining letter as assistant teacher.
