...lk with teachers or fourth class staff. She treats as if all are under her feet. Pay structure is very poor, they pay in cash which is one of the worst thing no pf deduction, no appointment letter, no offer letter, it is a so called cbse school no proper infrastructure, students quality are very poor including teachers quality, no proper cbse training from cbse boards , money minded Management. There is no growth. Toxic work culture & oiling is preferable. They don't value good teachers or experienced teachers. School is not upto the mark

I used to teach mainly English from class three onwards , though I was not provided a joining letter which I disliked.

Dislikes

I dislike the attitude of making an employee work without a joining letter, so when I was paid the same salary as other teachers then what problem in providing a piece of paper that is , joining letter as assistant teacher.
