Have no salary policy. They will provide salary and growth on basis of the revenue of the specific company project you are alligned to.

During the activity, finding system within the organisation & installing or re installing the standard applications used by company. Now matter how much u know there is always a lot to learn unless you have the habit of do & learn, that is what i learned in Future Focus. Co-workers are always like a family. Giving resolution with in the time frame. When you give the resolution with in the time frame

...nies in third party payroll. In third party they will treat as only third party. If your changing project you will never get salary after submitting assets.They will torture like hell and from TCS there is not support and they will tell that that " your from Third part uh no especially they know about your from "FUTURE FOCUS " there will be not future. There is almost no job security and HR support is vey less. Always need to extend the working hours and when asked HR for an O.T then HR responds with the O.T is common in I.T field hence you will not get an O.T.

Good company for freshers to start their career with future..salary credited on time in our bank account,so.no salary issue at all.

mobile phones are not allowed at client location this is the worst problem.with doing job with this company.
