The worst work place i have ever seen, full of fraudulent people..no salary is given for months, fake promises, extract work which are irrelevant to our job..no company culture..no genuinity

I worked there around 2 years back. They give chances to the blooming flowers who just stepped to this competative world after ther intermidate. Director and manager treat their employee very well. They dont put lot of pressure but work together to fix the issue and make corrections where needed. Organization is very organzied . And maximus chances are giver to womem to promote women empowerment. Even working as a faculty I learnt lot about personality development and to tackle big life issues. I am thankful to this organization.

Dislikes

The salary is very low and incentives provided there are also very low. No cafeteria or fooding or brevarages sevice for staff. Taking classes there for 7-8 hours continuously everyone need refreshment. And these 2 are pehthetic things. Due to which staff switch to other to places
