Salary: During the CTC finalization, the HR representative mentioned a "Diwali Bonus" scheme. However, this information can be misleading, as the bonus is not part of the CTC and is not documented in official papers such as the offer letter or appointment letter. If you accept and join the organization, the Diwali bonus will not be applicable for the current year. For instance, if you join in January 2023, the HR representative indicates that you will only receive your Diwali bonus in October/November 2024 (the following Diwali). Moreover, these details are not disclosed prior to joining. Additionally, if you resign, the bonus is excluded from your full and final settlement. Work Satisfaction: In this organization, there are two key pillars: the Quality Head and the Maintenance Head. Production, Process Engineering, Maintenance, and Utility teams report to the Maintenance Head, while SCM, Purchase, Vendor Development, Stores, and Dispatch teams report to the Quality Head. This structure is fundamentally flawed, as it implies that all functions are focused on production rather than quality. Additionally, the ground-level workforce consists of older employees, creating significant resistance for new joiners. Job Security: Job security is minimal for those joining at or above the Assistant Manager (AM) level. Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Working Culture is good and good environment, Good company policies, Canteen & Transportation facility available.

Dislikes

No good living facility available near by company, should have to travel 40-50 km daily basis.
