I like nothing while working with this terrible company with terrible management specially the so called Delivery manager. All the above reviews those looks good are written on the management instructions and it's my request to you guys that please do not join this organization whatever the situation arise.... You will literally frustrated working here in such pathetic environment. They treat their employees like animals... No work life balance, I remember my working days and literally feel that joining fusionstak was the biggest mistake of my life. There is fix Time to enter the organization but out time depends on the work done and if the work is remaining, you have to stay there till it's not getting completed.

1. Micro management 2. Salary issues 3. Politics by the delivery manager 4. Useless HR 5. No employee policies Are some of the biggest issues here at fusionstak

...hing to useless. She should be replaced. She just talks other than that nothing. When you ask her about salary she'll not even reply which will leave you helpless literally. They never give salary of your last working month. A fresher should never join here they'll make everything hell. No work life balance. The office is a single room type. Employee disrespect is extremely common here. One of the team leads, once you come under his eye he'll monitor you every min and see if you're working or asking help to colleagues ! Then he'll you extremely difficult tasks as a fresher and you screw up they'll remove you. 0% job security. If you other options join there. All the negative reviews are 100% true.

The company is known for innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, deliver high quality products to their clients and has a global client base. Most of the clients are US based. Another plus point is that you can work very closely with client & US team members and work happily in collaboration. Few facts are like Employees are passionate towards work and not just conventional Manager, Mentor or Boss. Last but not the least, I will say that its a company without any politics.

Dislikes

Good compensation and for top performer there is no bar. Usually all client calls are in evening but sometimes it may be late but as US team is involved so things get managed easily. Also there is 2 months on-job training for freshers but mentors/Managers have to guide them step by step which is sometimes little bit extra load.

Working here since last 3 years. Company works on latest technologies. All US based clients. I got the chance to work on one the biggest product of the company. Good appraisal and opportunities are given on the basis of capabilities & performance and not just on the basis of experience. Gave annual appraisal to all its employees even in COVID times.

Dislikes

No company is perfect but do not have anything to dislike.
