Nothing, only development team member without sr. Manager He doesn't know, how to talk with female colleuge.

Everything, management fires employee from job and they don't give salary too. Poor management and knowledge less manager for development

Company is good for freshers as there are quite a number of instruments like HPLC, UPLC, GC, etc. which you can get your hands on and there is so much to learn. It's not too far from nearest railway station and you can get autorickshaw nearby by paying for seat. Bosses are not bad. It's okay if you're late to some extent.

Dislikes

Salary is not good especially for freshers. Career growth is very slow and there is too much work load. There is no work-life balance as their main focus is work and efficiency in it. One hour late or even more to leave from work daily is quite normal after completing your 9:30 hour job already.

I have started my career from non Pharma it operations and made a shift to Pharma IT operations at Fusion. I was given an opportunity to learn and have grown with the experience. The management team has been supportive and given me continuous opportunities to grow.

The company is fast paced and you need to come to pace with it to fit in.

Well there are lots of dislikes.. like involvement of management to the ground level.. This involvement is good at some place but at some times it becomes havoc.. Because evrytime those people won't be there.. what they will hear from so call 'their favorite people' about some employee... they will believe that.. Every employee is different. But there are some 'people' who become the hurdles for others. And because of these people they have lost so many talented, hardworking, good hearted people.
