Because there is a good behave of all senior person and salary , Incentive and fuels amount also released on time and all extra benefits also given to the employees and extraordinary benefits to the public also given by the organisation at CSR activities on time to time

Woking culture is good as well as timely salary given to employees and apart from this timely appraisal and promotion and lots of excel work u need to do here which is actually a skill developing thing and lastly i would say fusion is completely like a family environment company where everyone from upper to lower in touch with each other, very much supportive environment.

Salary is not good according to positions specially other than operation department.

Overall very good experience, salary, leave and support from seniors are good, u must have punctual starts early at 7.30 am to 06.30 pm with work. Seniors are supportive when u support them. Fresh salary 14900 in hand per month

Wake up in early morning report at branch on 7 to 7.30 am... u must have bike and willing to travel more than 50km per day

...ment is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling . Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Very Good working culture came to knew about this company. I'm working here from last 1 year & 2 months and very much thankful to my subordinates and my supervisor for this incredible support over here is quite easy to maintained the work life balance.
