For new joiners without proper training enter in to system.and back ground verification after joining only did in fusion.it before means it will helpful to save timings

Because there is a good behave of all senior person and salary , Incentive and fuels amount also released on time and all extra benefits also given to the employees and extraordinary benefits to the public also given by the organisation at CSR activities on time to time

...liday,so I am dislikes working at fusion microfinance.l am working in company 5.7years but my net salary is 16800,so I am dislike the system.

Reporting Manger treats like he is chairman of company, Any mistake had been done then they cut salary or Reimbursement and not cooperative nature to junior employee. Always force to work more than HR policy.
