...or the girl employees and Ajay expects more than work to sustain in the company. They suck employees energy and pay peanuts. When you plan to leave they demand huge sum to get the experience letter and they delay the settlement money more than 3 months and say we will receive in 45 working days. They dont follow any norms of the government. Please dont join there and spoil your future.

...ask you to serve the notice period. After serving the notice period for 60 Days. U won't receive your salary or the relieving letter from this company. And they will threaten you we will fail you in Background Verification. So, you don't have any other options. You will think of working in the same company for another 1 Year, Then comes the second twist they will ask you to Sign the bond for 2 years then we will give you Hike. If you signed the bond. That's it. You won't receive your hike. You need to work there as a slave. People who are working there signed the bond at present and still haven't received their hike. Such a Worst and fraudulent company. I have worked in few companies. But I have never come across any company like this. People be aware. Last 1 year around 20 people were relieved from this company. None of them received the salary and papers properly. In case you have any idea of joining this company. After joining just enquire about the hike. But no one will open their mouth because if they tell you something they won't get the papers and salary. This is how they are threatening people. The good reviews posted here are posted by HR, their friends, CEO and his friends. Don't trust the good reviews and go.. The future is in your hands. Think Twice and Act Wise.
