Company depending on ABM only.no future for ground level

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond between abm and company . On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The work culture was good when I was there but suddenly the whole hierarchy collapsed and for months there was no seniors to hold up the team and the whole system turned chaotic. Now I have heard they were back in track

Compensation was good. Growth opportunities were high. Work pressure varied. Seniors were good but immediate manager was against working with a women.

Fusion Healthcare is an emerging Pharmaceutical company with a vision to be the leader in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Marketing. I joined fusion after PG and started my journey as a fresher. My overall learning experience was good. As it is a growing company there are many opportunities. The people and work culture is really good in fusion many people from different states and culture work together as a family. The Management is supportive especially MD Sir Mr. Madhu, GM Marketing and Sales Krishnendu paul Sir and GM Finance Mr. Prakash supports a lot. If you are looking up for starting a career in PMT then this organizations helps you a lot.

There is nothing to dislike about fusion but yes, it is sales-driven company and progressing towards Marketing

Company management is good but they didn't call me when I resigned during lockdown

No call from head office manger said me for resign I have given my resignation in just a single call but didn't get call regarding this

Fusion Health Care is most reputed organization,company culture is excellent. Product range is very different. All Seniors n HR are very co-operative. Overall everything is excellent Like Incentive on time Settlement on time n So many things. Regards, Sanjeev Kumar Prasad.
