Fusion Cosmecutics P. Ltd. is company where you get lots of opportunities and meet new challenges periodically. You can excel your carrier from bottom to top and learns lots of thing continuously. As employee worked with them for more than 10+ year, I learned lot in many area and had been promoted to various post like Purchase Manager, Stock Manager, Production Planning and Supervisor, Logistics and Transfer of Goods, Inspections etc. Management gives appropriate facilities, keeping faith on their team, also boosting moral if you goes wrong. I know that anyone can learn, earn endless.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high. Working hours can be extended. Saturday working.

I got to learn a lot of new things and interact and meet a lot of new people

Dislikes

I had to wait back at times when we had new launches and also work from home on Sundays at times.I had to attend to client calls even on Sundays which use to be annoying at times
